Esta señal se usa para indicar a los peatones que deben caminar enfrentando el tránsito vehicular. En caso de ser necesaria una leyenda, ésta debe ser "CAMINE POR SU IZQUIERDA".
No se recomienda su empleo en zonas urbanas.
