Esta señal se empleará para advertir al conductor la proximidad a un túnel donde no es permitido adelantar a otro vehículo.
Se complementa con las señales reglamentarias obligación de circular con las luces bajas del vehículo, velocidad máxima, y Prohibido adelantar.
