Esta señal se empleará para advertir al conductor la proximidad a una curva pronunciada a la izquierda, seguida de una contracurva separada por una entre tangencia menor de 150 m para velocidades de circulación del sector de 80 km/h; 100 m para 60 km/h; 60 m para 40 km/h; 40 m para 30 km/h y 30 m para 20 km/h
