Esta señal pertenece a la categoría regulatorias.
Esta señal se usa para enfatizar la existencia de una bifurcación de separación de flujos que circulan en un mismo sentido, debiendo los vehículos que circulan por la izquierda continuar por la izquierda y los que circulan por la derecha.
Se instala en isletas de canalización y parterre, a una altura no superior a 1,00 m sobre la vía, frente al flujo que se quiere separar.
