Esta señal se empleará para advertir al conductor la proximidad a una intersección oblicua en la cual se presenta una incorporación de tránsito por la izquierda de la vía.
Deberá complementarse con la señal reglamentaria Pare, cuando no exista carril de aceleración y Ceda el paso, cuando exista éste.
