Se instala para indicar la obligación del uso del cinturón de seguridad, así como de los asientos para niños, de todos los ocupantes de los vehículos en tránsito.
El criterio general para la instalación de esta señal es el siguiente: a) Al ingreso de las carreteras. b) A cada 25 km o a criterio del proyectista.
