Esta señal prohíbe la circulación de toda clase de vehículos a tracción humana. En las zonas en que este tipo de vehículos circula se debe ubicar en los accesos a autopistas y autovías, siendo recomendable también su instalación en túneles, puentes largos y en las principales calles y avenidas de ciudades grandes.
