Esta señal pertenece a la categoría reglamentarias.
Esta señal se usa para indicar la prohibición de estacionar y/o detenerse a partir del lugar donde ella se encuentra.
La prohibición puede ser limitada a determinados horarios, tipos de vehículo y tramos de vía, debiendo agregarse la leyenda respectiva.
Para los efectos de precisar tramos de vía no se debe emplear flechas.
Cuando sea necesario excluir de la restricción a un vehículo que transporte a una persona con discapacidad, se podrá agregar a esta señal la leyenda "EXCEPTO", el símbolo SIA y el texto "CON CREDENCIAL REGISTRO NACIONAL DE LA DISCAPACIDAD".
